This role requires a highly technical and operations-minded Business Systems Lead to design, architect, and manage workflows that will serve a user base of 100 to 2000+ members, while streamlining onboarding processes, managing member communications, and implementing automation and visibility systems that reduce friction across multiple operational teams.
